| IBM Fellow John Cohn Explains How Technology Saves Water | |
| IBM has developed smart water technologies and solutions in response to the looming water crisis fueled by population growth and massive urbanization. Working together with partners, IBM is gathering and analyzing information from vast sensor networks in our planet's rivers, oceans and waterways and making that information available in real-time so that smarter decisions can be made about how we manage this critical resource. | |

| Optimizing Data Center Performance with Chilled Water Precision Cooling | |
| As data center and IT managers continue to show preference for products that aide in data center energy reduction, Emerson Network Power has introduced a technologically-enhanced, chilled water-based computer room air conditioning unit (CRAC) that offers greater energy savings to large data centers. The Liebert CW chilled water-based precision cooling system is specifically designed to handle the high heat loads generated by computers and other electronic equipment, using an existing building chiller as a source of chilled water cooling. | Episode 11 - White Mountain, Fit For A James Bond Villain! | |
| This is the first edition of Data Center Pulse, On The Road. In this episode, Jon Karlung, CEO of Bahnhof, a local teclo gives Dean Nelson a tour of his Pionen, White Mountain datacenter in downtown Stockholm, Sweden. It is located in a bunker 30 meters under solid bedrock. It was a cold war bunker that was converted into this datacenter and is said to be able to withstand a Hydrogen bomb blast. It is very unique and reminds me of a James Bond movie! And that is what Jon was going for. | |
